Agree Mart
Context
Agree Mart is a service for buying and selling daily necessities easily in the agricultural sector. In the buyer's application, users can fulfill their daily needs through this app. The seller uses the Dashboard to manage sales and transactions.
Problem
One of the challenges Agree Mart is currently facing is that while the Agree Mart team is supplementing existing sellers and increasing product variants, organic transactions are rare as current transactions are mostly through leads/intermediaries of sellers registered with Agree Mart
Objective
The aim of this project is
🔘Investigating why users are less enthusiastic about shopping at Agree Mart.
🔘Enhancing the user experience at Agree Mart.
🔘Increasing user transactions and improving the design flow of Agree Mart.
Ideation
To improve the experience of users who transact at Agree Mart, by mutual agreement I provide the following changes:
Competitive Analysis
I compared various similar merchant apps based on their pros and cons to see how they approach the process of selling products. I focus on analyzing UI, UX, user flows, and their main features.
Design Process - Homepage
I've prepared a moodboard for reference. And benchmark several similar grocery applications on the home page to get broader insight into the new design concept that will be created. I look for interesting layout references, good color combinations, and design accents that help enhance branding. Obtained pros and cons based on benchmarks.
Using the UI Kit and referring to the similar application homepage benchmark shown previously, I applied visual elements to the modified Mid Fidelity wireframe which forms a High Fidelity visible design existing vs new design along with the following reasons.
Design Process - Merchant Page
Here I also had the task of benchmarking the merchant page, where there is a profile of each shop that sells. I looked for several references and I got references from the Grab and Tokopedia applications. From the benchmark merchant page, you can get the pros and cons as in the following image.
From the merchant page display benchmark carried out previously, we obtained a revamp of the Agree Mart merchant page display as follows.
Design Process - Address Page
Then for the favorite address page, the design was also revamped, because the previous display was still not optimal, users were still confused about favorite addresses in the order of newest to oldest, main address. So, a benchmark was carried out on the saved or favorite address page from several existing moodboard references to obtain pros and cons as in the following image.
From the previous favorite address page display benchmark, we obtained a revamp of the Agree Mart favorite address page display as follows.
